Figuring out what makes consumers tick is the top priority! Its all about the language you use and how to correctly engage with many different audiences with specific interests and backgrounds.

The key lies within making every single minute detail important. Down to the colors, backgrounds, font , font size, punctuation, word-play and of course the message! Give the consumer something to remember, no matter what they were doing 5 secs ago!

It is important to be clear and concise! Make sure the consumer is not confused but excited to know more about what you are trying to be convey to them.
